100% Chenin Blanc – Clay and flint soils – 20 year-old vines – 30 to 36 months ageing in our rock-hewn cellar – No dosage

This wine spends three years in our limestone cellar, to obtain small bubbles and complex flavours in the bottle.

The winemaker’s suggestion: a wine to be served at every moment of your life, from the simplest to the most symbolic!
A gastronomy wine you can serve as an aperitif or during a meal with a carpaccio of scallops, smoked salmon or oysters.

Serve chilled (8 ° C) – Keep for 3 to 7 years

VOUVRAYMéthode Traditionnelle Troglodyte

100% Chenin Blanc – Clay and limestone and clay and flint soils – 20 year-old vines – 16 to 24 months ageing in our rockhewn cellar

Troglodytes are little birds that nest near our limestone cellars. When twittering, they cheerfully enliven the courtyards of the Loire Valley wineries. Believe us: this wine will sing with as much joy in your glass as the birds, thanks to its dashing and fine bubbles!

The winemaker’s suggestion: a wine to drink as an aperitif, to celebrate unforgettable moments, until the end of the night.

VOUVRAYMéthode Traditionnelle Brut or Demi-Sec

100% Chenin Blanc – Clay and limestone and clay and flint clay soils – 15 to 20 year-old vines

This is our winery’s best seller.

The winemaker’s suggestion: our Brut can be served as an apéritif, and will be ideal for all the celebrations and moments shared with your loved ones. Our Demi-Sec will pair perfectly with a dessert.

CRÉMANT DE LOIRELe Funambule Brut - Blanc de Blancs

80% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc – Clay and limestone and clay and flint soils – 20 year-old vines

Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc combine to give birth to this wine and to create a perfect balance.

The winemaker’s suggestion: from aperitif to dessert, the generosity of Chardonnay and the liveliness of Chenin Blanc will make the perfect pairing.

Serve chilled (8 ° C) – Keep for 3 to 5 years

TOURAINEMéthode Traditionnelle L'Entre-Deux - Rosé

55% Pineau d’Aunis (also called Chenin Noir), 30% Grolleau and 15% Pinot Noir – Clay and limestone and clay and flint soils

A subtle blend of Pineau d’Aunis, Grolleau and Pinot Noir, this is the wine to drink in warm weather. A fresh and sparkling rosé wine, with aromas of red fruit and spice.

The winemaker’s suggestion: ideal as an aperitif, in the middle of a warm afternoon or for a picnic by the beach, L’Entre-Deux also pairs well with red fruit desserts (a strawberry pie for instance) or a milk chocolate cake.
